What is the shelf life of DaVinci Gourmet products?
Most of our syrups and sauces have a shelf life of 18 to 24 months from the date of manufacture. Please check the 'Best By' date printed on the neck of the bottle for specific information.
Do your products require refrigeration after opening?
Our classic syrups do not require refrigeration and should be stored in a cool, dry place. However, we recommend refrigerating our fruit purees and certain dairy-based sauces after opening to maintain optimal freshness.
Are your products gluten-free and Kosher certified?
The majority of DaVinci Gourmet products are gluten-free and Kosher certified. Detailed dietary information and certifications are listed on each individual product page and bottle label.
How do you ensure the safety of glass bottles during shipping?
We use specialized, reinforced eco-friendly packaging designed to prevent breakage. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.

What is your return policy for food items?
