At DaVinci Gourmet, we take pride in the quality of our syrups and sauces; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and undamaged products. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
